Soon. Honestly — our origin server had a hardware failure last week, which gave us the push to bring forward a consolidation we'd been planning anyway. We're using the time to put the finishing touches on the streamlined direct site rather than rush it back half-finished.

Honestly, it's a better deal for most producers. A Splice subscription starts from $12.99/month and unlocks our entire catalogue — that's less than the price of one direct pack, for full access. If you only need a few sounds a month, you'll save a lot. The direct site continues to exist for the things Splice doesn't cover as well: curated bundles of samples, templates, MIDI and soundbanks, plus a few iconic packs — content where lifetime ownership genuinely makes more sense than a subscription.

Essentially everything you used to buy from us will still be available in one form or another — just reorganised. Older packs are being grouped into curated bundles on the new direct site, which works out considerably more affordable than buying each pack individually. The full back catalogue also lives on Splice for subscribers, and our partner stores (Producer Loops, Reveal Sound) continue to carry their own slices. A handful of our most iconic packs will still be sold on their own, for fans who'd rather own them outright.

Subscriptions aren't for everyone, and we're not pushing you towards one. The new direct site continues to sell perpetual licences — curated bundles of samples, templates, MIDI and soundbanks, plus our most iconic packs, paid for once and yours forever. Producer Loops and Reveal Sound also sell our content outright, so the buy-once route stays fully open.

No — there's nothing you need to do. Every past order is preserved, and you can email us anytime for fresh download links. Our self-service re-download tool (FreshlyVault) is opening within the next few days, after which you'll be able to look up your purchases instantly without contacting us.

Yes — every order, every downloadable file, and every licence is preserved exactly as it was at purchase, with records going back 10+ years. The old freshlysqueezedsamples.com account logins couldn't carry across to the new platform; instead, our self-service re-download tool (FreshlyVault) is opening within the next few days and will look up purchases by your PayPal email or transaction ID — no account or password needed. In the meantime, email us and we'll send fresh links manually.

Yes. The licence on every sample, loop, MIDI file and preset you've purchased is permanent and unchanged — tracks you've released (or are yet to release) using our content remain fully cleared. These changes don't affect licensing in any way.

Email us with your name and the pack(s) you're after, and we'll send fresh download links by return. Self-service via FreshlyVault is coming within the next few days.

No problem — email us with your name and roughly when you bought, and we'll find the order manually. When FreshlyVault opens in the next few days, it'll search against every PayPal address you've ever used, so this becomes a non-issue.

Those orders are managed by the platform you bought from — sign in to your account on Splice, Producer Loops or Reveal Sound and you'll find your purchases under your downloads/library there. Our own re-download tool (coming within the next few days) covers direct freshlysqueezedsamples.com orders only.
