License Agreement (Audio)

Please read the following terms & conditions of this license agreement carefully.

Any reference to the words "our”, "us”, "we” or "Freshly Squeezed Samples”, refer to Creative Nevada Limited as a company.

By purchasing or downloading audio samples from Freshly Squeezed Samples or any authorized distributor that sells our products you accept this license agreement and all the terms put forth.

The audio samples contained within this product are licensed, not sold to you for use in music productions only. We reserve any other rights not explicitly granted to you. Unlawful copying, duplicating, selling, lending, renting, hiring, broadcasting, uploading or downloading to any database, news groups, servers, computers, file sharing services or other illicit distribution of our files is strictly forbidden. Each purchase comes with a single user license, which is non-transferable. Any infringement of this license will be pursued to the fullest extent of international law.

All sound files are provided royalty free. You may use Freshly Squeezed Samples sound files within your compositions for both commercial and non-commercial use.

The licensor (Freshly Squeezed Samples) will not be held responsible if the sound files do not fit the particular purpose of the licensee (you). The sound files are licensed "as is” without warranties of any kind. The licensor cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of any sound files licensed from Freshly Squeezed Samples in whatever form. The licensor cannot be held responsible for any and all infringements that may arise from the use of the sound files within the licensee’s musical compositions and productions.

Use of our sound files in isolation such as, but not limited to; video game sound tracks, gaming machines, and mobile phone applications is not permitted. Our sound files may not be used both individually and in combination with other sound files to produce and fill sample libraries released by competing companies.

You may use the sound files in compositions such as, making demos, songs, albums, records, remixes, commercials, jingles, post productions, commissioned pieces, soundtracks for film, theatre, musicals, production music libraries, TV, and live performances.

Any demonstration files are provided as "demos” and they are not licensed to you, and they may not be re-created in their current state.

You cannot trade, resell, lend, copy, duplicate, upload or download to any database, servers, file sharing service any Freshly Squeezed Samples sound files. The licensor only grants the sound files to a single user.

Your purchase is non-transferable under the terms of this license agreement. You cannot sell any sound files second hand, and by the same logic, you cannot purchase any Freshly Squeezed Samples products second hand and use them in your music compositions or productions.

Completing the purchase of any Freshly Squeezed Samples product, or downloading free samples from freshlysqueezedsamples.com (The "Site”) means acceptance of all the terms contained in this license agreement.

By purchasing or downloading Sequencer Projects (templates) from Freshly Squeezed Samples or any authorized distributor that sells our products you accept this license agreement and all the terms put forth.

The Freshly Squeezed Samples Sequencer Projects contained within this product are licensed, not sold to you for use in music productions only. We reserve any other rights not explicitly granted to you. Unlawful copying, duplicating, selling, lending, renting, hiring, broadcasting, uploading or downloading to any database, news groups, servers, computers, file sharing services or other illicit distribution of our files is strictly forbidden. Each purchase comes with a single user license, which is non-transferable. Any infringement of this license will be pursued to the fullest extent of international law.

All Sequencer Projects are provided royalty free. You may use parts of the Freshly Squeezed Samples Sequencer Projects within your compositions for both commercial and non-commercial use.

The licensor (Freshly Squeezed Samples) will not be held responsible if the Sequencer Projects do not fit the particular purpose of the licensee (you). The Sequencer Projects are licensed "as is” without warranties of any kind. The licensor cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of any Sequencer Projects licensed from Freshly Squeezed Samples in whatever form. The licensor cannot be held responsible for any and all infringements that may arise from the use of the Sequencer Projects within the licensee’s musical compositions and productions.

Any reference to the words "our”, "us”, "we” or "Freshly Squeezed Samples”, refer to Creative Nevada Limited as a company.

"Freshly Squeezed Samples” is a trading name of Creative Nevada Limited.

By purchasing or downloading vocal samples from Freshly Squeezed Samples or any authorized distributor that sells our products you accept this license agreement and all the terms put forth.

The vocal samples contained within this product are licensed, not sold to you for use in music productions only. We reserve any other rights not explicitly granted to you. Unlawful copying, duplicating, selling, lending, renting, hiring, broadcasting, uploading or downloading to any database, news groups, servers, computers, file sharing services or other illicit distribution of our files is strictly forbidden. Each purchase comes with a single user license, which is non-transferable. Any infringement of this license will be pursued to the fullest extent of international law.

All vocal samples are provided royalty free. You may use Freshly Squeezed Samples vocal samples within your compositions for both commercial and non-commercial use. This usage may occur without any additional monies being paid in so called ‘royalties’ or licence fees to Freshly Squeezed Samples or any third parties.

The licensor (Freshly Squeezed Samples) will not be held responsible if the vocal samples do not fit the particular purpose of the licensee (you). The vocal samples are licensed "as is” without warranties of any kind. The licensor cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of any sound files licensed from Freshly Squeezed Samples in whatever form. The licensor cannot be held responsible for any and all infringements that may arise from the use of the sound files within the licensee’s musical compositions and productions.

For commercial releases please do not use "featuring Mandy Jones” or any variants in the song titles and/or track information.

All Vocal Construction Kits ("Song Starters”) are provided royalty free. You may use "parts” of the kits within your compositions for both commercial and non-commercial use, however you cannot use them "as-is” without any changes. You MUST put considerable time, skill and effort into creating something new and unique from the provided content. Similarly you cannot claim or assume ownership of any lyrical or vocal content.

Since the Vocal Construction Kits ("Song Starters”) are provided non-exclusively, you MUST notify any potential record label, publisher or distributor if you use any Vocal Construction kit ("Song Starter”) content within your release.
